The person who made a positive impact on my life

In the word, where we meet hundreds of people every day. Some people leave a bad, some good, and a few of them leave a very good impression on us.

A few years back, when I was in my college, I used to go to the tuition center with my brother. I and my brother used to sit on the same bench. One day, my brother did not go to the center because he had some work at the home. That day, I sat with one of my tuition mate Shahid Khan and after that he became my best friend.

He studied in another college but used to come to my tuition center. He was not a very brilliant student but was a very mature and intelligent as compared to other friends. He always supported me in many aspects of life. Now he lives in Taxila and I’m in Peshawar. But every time I go to Taxila, I always go to him to meet and I always enjoy meeting him.

After college, he started job at Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) and I came here for my higher studies. He also writes philosophy about the life and many other things. He motivated me in almost every step I’ve taken in my life. In fact, he is not only my friend but a brother from another mother.

One of my favorite lines written by him are:

دو لخــت ھو گیا ھے جہانِ تـصـورات

آدھے میں چہل پہل ھے آدھا اُداس ھے

چاہا اور چاہے جانا انسانی فطرت کا

اصول ہے.

اس فطرت سے ہٹ کے زندگی کی حقیقت کچھ اور ہے.
